Job Summary :
- Process transactions in Trade Finance for various business segments, ensuring accurate data entry of customer documents.
- Ensure all operational procedures adhere to Bank Policy and Guidelines.
- Review and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high service quality.
- Input customer documents into the system and generate identification numbers.
- Handle and manage Trade Operations documents and related tasks.
- Complete ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Team Head.
- Communicate errors or knowledge gaps to management to improve customer service and reduce document rejections.
- Prepare checklists for all received documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Scan and rescan documents as required, and coordinate dispatch to the main branch.
- Operate in a highly competitive and demanding environment, focusing on exceptional service quality.
- Interact regularly with customers and various business units (CIBG, FI, RBG).
- Strictly comply with all Bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute innovative ideas for process improvements.
- Participate in team meetings/huddles and collaborate to resolve operational issues.
- Review and update SOP/OPM/ADM and other internal documents as processes or systems change.
- Process transactions in line with assigned ADM, taking corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Share responsibilities with senior team members and recommend relevant training to address knowledge gaps.
- Escalate errors, complaints, or service issues immediately to the manager.
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience in Trade Operations.
- Must possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate organizational skills, and be an effective team player.
